StreamHub does not host, store, or distribute any media files, video streams, or copyrighted material on our servers. We merely provide a routing service to third-party content providers. Any copyright infringement issues must be directed to the actual host of the content.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. The notice must include: - A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner. - Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. - The exact URL or IP address of the infringing material. - Your contact information (Name, Address, Email, Phone). - A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized. - A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, StreamHub will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the infringing links from our directory. We will also terminate repeat infringers' accounts if applicable.

If you believe your link was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice containing your contact info, the identified link, and a statement under penalty of perjury consenting to federal jurisdiction.
